A session built entirely around you — your body, your energy levels, your intentions that day. We might move through a dynamic vinyasa flow, melt into yin, layer in sound, or do something in between. No fixed format, just a practice that actually fits you.

In-person reiki
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice that works with your body's own wisdom — quieting the noise, settling the nervous system, and creating space for whatever needs to shift. Sessions take place at Studio Oasis in Palma, in a calm and welcoming space where you can fully switch off.
You don't have to believe in it to feel it. You just have to show up.

Online reiki
Can't make it to Palma? Reiki works just as well online. Distance is not a barrier; energy doesn't care about geography. A 30-minute session from wherever you are: your sofa, your bedroom, wherever feels safe and comfortable.
Perfect if you're curious and want to try it for the first time without a big commitment.
