Move, breathe, feel, connect: a practice for body, mind, and everything in between

What is yoga?

Yoga can mean many different things, and it can take many different shapes. For a lot of people in the West, the journey begins with the physical practice — just like it did for me — and that’s absolutely okay. Moving the body is a beautiful entry point, but yoga is so much more than poses. It’s an ancient tradition with roots in India, a holistic system and lifestyle that invites us to live with more awareness, presence, compassion and connection.

I like to think of yoga as a huge toolbox. You don’t have to use every tool at once; sometimes it’s a breath practice, a strong flow, a moment of stillness, or simply the choice to pause and notice. The practice will shift and evolve with you.

It’s not always easy. Yoga asks us to look inward; at our habits, our behaviors, the way we move through the world, in relation to ourselves and to others. It’s a work in. And even when it’s uncomfortable at times, it has the power to support deep transformation. Gradually and in your own time

What to expect?

Every class I teach is a little different. Because no two days, no two people, and no two bodies are the same. But what you can always expect is a space where you are invited to show up just as you are.

I guide with clarity, intention, and a sense of humor, offering variations and options so you can move in a way that feels true to you. Some days that might mean a strong and sweaty flow, other days a softer, slower rhythm. I’ll often weave in themes, breath awareness, and bits of yoga philosophy, always in a grounded, down-to-earth way.

I teach a variety of styles, depending on the day, the group, and the setting:

  • Vinyasa/dynamic Flow: dynamic, playful, and breath-based

  • Soft Flow / Yang to Yin: slower-paced with gentle transitions, ending in deep rest

  • Yin Yoga: long-held postures, stillness, and introspective release

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. You don’t need to perform or prove anything. This is your practice. My role is simply to support you as you explore, discover, and connect — with your body, your breath, and your inner world.

Group classes in Mallorca

Outdoor and indoor classes in and around Palma: down-to-earth, and open to all levels.

During the warmer months, I teach weekly outdoor Vinyasa/Dynamic Flow classes by the sea, where you can move with the rhythm of the waves and the warmth of the sun.

Year-round, I also teach indoor classes in a cozy central space in Palma’s Old Town. These include a mix of Vinyasa/Dynamic Flow, Yang to Yin, Yin Yoga, and a weekly Friday evening Sound Bath to wind down the week.

All classes are taught in English, German, or a mix, depending on the group. You don’t need to be experienced or flexible, just come as you are. Mats are available for free if reserved in advance.

I also regularly host special sessions like Yoga & Brunch collaborations or seasonal offerings (like the Summer Solstice Flow). Follow me on Instagram or check the current schedule to stay updated.
